We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our capital expenditure (Capex) management software solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at capturing and synthesizing information from diverse sources and running clear communication processes across the technical teams at Finario. We are open to candidates with a wide range of experience, but this is not an entry level position - candidates should have at least a few years of professional experience in a technical operation. 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive communication processes across engineering, product, design on a daily basis, and facilitate frequent updates and interactions with sales and customer success teams weekly. To do this effectively, you will need to understand the content and subject matter of our work deeply. Some examples of the processes and your role in them include:

  • Planning: drive project plans, considering technical constraints and business objectives.
  • Development: tracking to the plan, identify potential conflicts or bottlenecks early to help facilitate speedy resolution.
  • Document sprint planning, conduct daily stand-ups and retros, ensuring alignment with project goals and facilitating constant process iteration and improvement.
  • Testing: coordinate QA efforts and manage bug triage.
  • Deployment: communicate new releases with client success teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in software development environments
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate effectively across diverse teams
  • Knowledge of capex processes and corporate finance a plus
  • Located in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts or Florida. Ability to operate on a hybrid basis out of HQ in Darien, CT a plus.

  • Adaptable to new processes, systems, and software
  • Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to navigate and communicate levels of detail to various stakeholders
  • Excellent writing skills for maintaining clear project records and documentation
