About the Role
Team Overview
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Product plays a critical role at the intersection of clients, prospects, partners and our internal sales, marketing, support and engineering teams to continue driving growth in the marketplace.
Position Overview
As the Head of Product you will apply your product savvy and management insight to lead the continued evolution and development of the product to maintain and expand upon our position of market leadership. This position is based in Stamford, CT with our offices directly across from the train station.
What’s you’ll do:

Own the Roadmap: One that the executive team and customers believe in, tied to measurable revenue and retention goals.

Ship great product: Ensure that we make the most of our engineering efforts, releasing the most valuable and well-conceived new features to delight customers and drive market growth. Enable faster release cycles and higher feature adoption across key accounts

Lead product strategy: Analyze and interpret market trends, competitive forces and technical developments in order to optimize new product development, differentiation and pricing.

Enhance: product appeal to our core enterprise market: Spend time with our enterprise clients and high-value prospects to identify and prioritize their explicit and implicit needs. Work with our executive team to optimize a roadmap that keeps expanding our market footprint.

Be the user advocate: Organize research sessions with users to understand how our solution can better serve their needs across a wide variety of use cases and situations.

Use data to inform decisions: Gather data to help guide intelligent change and ensure that we can monitor the results.

Envision key features: Conceive and lead the implementation of advanced new functionality to keep us at the forefront of capital planning best practice and open new market avenues.

Educate internal teams: Ensure that our sales and support teams are fully conversant with new features, including how they function and the purpose and benefits of their use.

Product marketing: Actively contribute to our product marketing function to evangelize our market-leading capabilities to potential customers and partners.

Customer communication: Liaise with the customer advisory board and play an active role in our annual user conference.
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
-
A track record of shipping enterprise software that large, complex organizations rely on

Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment

Strong commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, packaging, competitive positioning and business cases

Comfort using data to make decisions and define success metrics
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executives, customers and technical teams

Willingness to travel to meet customers and partners

Bachelor’s degree
Desired Skills & Experience

Product management experience in financially oriented enterprise B2B SaaS solutions

MBA in Finance a huge plus

The typical pay range for this position Is $175,000 to $225.000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
