Finario is a fast growing Software-as-a-Service technology company providing a suite of intelligent capital planning & portfolio strategy solutions to leading industrial enterprises worldwide.

As Head of Finance & Operations you will be responsible for the financial and internal operations of the company including A/P, A/R, cash & expense management and financial reporting as well as human resource, office administration and special projects. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO of this fast growing technology company.  If you are good with numbers and motivated by getting things done, this role could be for you. Finario seeks a self-starter with a "can do" attitude interested in being a dynamic contributor to our worldwide growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable - Generate and monitor annual client invoices and payments

  • Accounting - Make a modest number of monthly accounting entries (i.e. revenue, payroll)

  • Reporting - Prepare internal management reporting and work with our tax accountants for annual tax filings

  • Cash Management - Manage our banking arrangements and liquidity

  • Tax Compliance - Interface with our tax accountants and manage sales tax compliance.

  • Human Resources - Serve as the first-point of contact on routine employee related matters

  • Administration - Oversee the operations of our headquarters office

  • Control - Evaluate, analyze and manage wherever needed to support our growth.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-10 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in a software firm or another business selling products/solutions to other companies

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online

  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through

  • Natural sense of curiosity with a desire to problem-solve for others
